Women Producers

The Women Coffee Producers project highlights women-led organizations worldwide, promoting gender equity by adding a premium to the base price. This premium, paid directly to women growers, addresses wage disparities and supports their independence.

Women ASMUCAFE

ASMUCAFE, a women-led farming group in El Tambo, Cauca, focuses on community improvement and empowerment. Their Castillo and Colombia coffee varieties undergo a unique "double" fermentation before being carefully washed and dried for 8–12 days.

Women CODECH

The Women Producer coffee from CODECH features beans from women-owned or -managed farms, with premiums supporting initiatives like a women's health workshop in Concepcion Huista. CODECH, based in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, promotes sustainable, organic farming and empowers women through education, leadership, and community development programs.
